  • 龜息功 龜息功是武當道家修煉內功的一種功法,又名“玄武定”、“龜息真定功”。龜息功是以模仿龜的呼吸方法來修煉內氣以達到延年益壽的目的,因為龜呼吸細長、納氣久閉,所以龜能長壽。據傳,龜息功由潛心、潛息、真定、出定四部分組成。 1潛心 潛心,即調心,此法為龜息功的預備功法,初學者採用盤膝跌坐,上體正直,務必使全身放鬆自然,松則氣順,百脈舒暢。雙手握子午扣,即左手拇指彎曲掐住中指午位(最上端),右手拇指由左拇指、中指圈內插入,掐住左手無名指根部子位,右中指在對相對掐住,兩手相抱放在小腹前,釦子午有少生雜念,有助入靜之功效。二目垂簾,眼觀鼻。鼻觀口,口觀心(眼觀鼻,即為調息,鼻觀口,即為調身,對身體的酸麻之感忍耐漠視,口觀心,調心,前兩步為第三步準備),舌抵上齶,心、神、意守臍部,務使心念不移。久之感覺隨心意降,頭、手如同虛無,只覺臍中一點
